1. SEE AWESOME ANIMALS UP CLOSE AT MANSFIELD ZOO

Nothing keeps the kids more entertained than the zoo!

Mansfield Zoo is one of North East Victoria’s hidden secrets, with a large collection of exotic and native animals on 30 acres of picturesque parkland featuring lovely views across the Delatite Valley to Mt Buller. Hand or spade feed many of the animals as you wander, including monkeys! There's Hobbs, the mischievous capuchin monkey, Basil the chocolate camel, who loves to steal spades. Wander with Emily and Miss Greedy, our friendly fallow deer, and Joey the Grey Kangaroo, just some of the animals who will interact with you as you stroll around.

Bring along family, friends and a picnic lunch and BBQ in their undercover facilities. For those who are more adventurous, stay overnight in a swag and fall asleep to the wonderful night sounds of the lions and other animals!

Enjoy beautiful Rutherglen and step back in time and experience a good old fashion lolly shop! They've got lots of lollies ranging from traditional boiled lollies, lollipops, bags of chocolates, and even ice-creams!

You can also grab a great gift in time for Christmas, whether it's toys or teddies or Processo flavoured gummies for that crazy Aunt you have!

Believe us when we say, there's something for everyone at Rutherglen Lolly Shop!

3. HIGH COUNTRY MAZE AT MANSFIELD

High Country Maze consists of six acres of gardens, including two mazes and ‘maze-like’ walled gardens.

With something new to discover around every corner, the main maze has a gnome hunt that is a challenge for the young and the young at heart.

Throughout the gardens you will find pixie faces hiding in the hedge walls and the outdoor games room offers large checkers and bocce. If you are in need of a boost, their coffee bar also serves ice cream, cold drinks and snacks.

High Country Maze is now open for weddings or photo services. They have a beautiful heart garden, which is ideal for wedding photos.

High Country Maze is open 10:00am to 5:00pm every weekend from mid-September until the end of Queens Birthday weekend. It is also open everyday over long weekends and Victorian school holidays, except July.
